Missing Link Running Club

The Missing Link Running Club is the accountability partner you need for the workouts that are hard to tackle solo. We meet at venues across the Twin Cities, Minnesota, and design every session with options for both new and experienced runners. Regular workouts run March through October, with ad-hoc meetups throughout the winter to keep everyone moving.

Weekly Schedule

  • Mondays and Wednesdays: Meet at Theodore Wirth Park for strength and mobility exercises followed by trail-focused intervals that build climbing, descending, and technical running skills.
  • Saturdays: Long run day. We rotate through parks around the metro for fresh terrain, regroup at least once so runners can choose distances, and split into pace groups when helpful.

Arrive a few minutes early so we can get you oriented, and bring water plus trail-friendly shoes. During fall and winter months a headlamp helps for evening sessions.

The Missing Link Running Club is free to all and welcoming regardless of skill level, income, race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, or sexual orientation.

Communication

Workout announcements go out via our Google Group. Subscribe to the mailing list to stay in the loop, and check the calendar for the latest schedule.

Most conversation happens in our WhatsApp channel, which you can join at missinglinkrunning.com/chat. It is the quickest way to coordinate carpools, share trail conditions, and celebrate race results.
